The wait time is awful and I had an appointment. It look an hour and forty five mins for a simple oil change. I saw that my car was being parked in the front, so I know they were done. After I saw my car being parked, I thought, “I’ll be out of here quickly”… no. I waited another 10mins then I walked up to someone to check the “status” of my car. Who knows how long I would have had to wait. The staff is friendly and courteous, it’s just the wait is kind of ridiculous. More

It was in fully functional condition when driven in In for brake assist recall and normal service including fluids like coolant Vehicle completed 2 hrs late and driven out as gates to back service are were closing. A/C stopped working. Later red warning to pull over, stop driving, something about coolant. Clearly something went terribly wrong during service. More
