Sorry to hear that you feel this way, but this review doesn't really tell the full story. Your trade in, is unfortunately not worth what you think it is, and we showed you numerous reasons why, including comparisons from other dealers like CarMax and Carvana who work exclusively with used vehicles. You also tried to offer us less than the vehicle was listed for, and after that happened, we did in fact do some extensive work to the vehicle, all of which has been documented thoroughly.

I didn’t try to offer less, your sales rep made me the offer in which I accepted. See below. Okay, just got with my sales manager and he said he can do another $500 off. So we would be at $67,494. Hi I’m sorry you still are upset and totally understand. Unfortunately as stated above we used the carmax number. A fair 3rd party to explain your trade couldn’t possibly be worth $10,000 more than the $13,000 carmax offer was. Also when you were sitting with the sales manager in the store you asked him to do $1000 less than the price we emailed you and asked him for $2000 more on your trade . At that point he told you he couldn’t do that. I understand you are upset with the price going up but even if we didn’t do any more work to the truck you still wanted more off our car and more for your trade.

No, that’s not how it went, however, you did try to low ball my trade-in at only $10,000. KBB valued it at $25,000 for a trade-in with the conditions it was in. Are you stating that KBB values are 60% off or are you just taking the lowest value you can to increase your profits. You don’t have to answer that, I’m sure I know and anyone who reads this knows. Also, you’re a stellantis dealer not carmax or caravana. If I wanted no haggle cash up front, I would’ve taken it to carmax myself. I didn’t haggle after the agreed price. You offered a marked down price of $67,494 and I accepted it. Since we were no where near a price on the trade, I asked you to forget the trade and proceed with the offer of $67,494 that was agreed on and you said no. As for documentation, you took excellent original HD pictures of the car and I don’t see any of these issues that you claimed you repaired to increase the price. Furthermore, why would you have costly repairs done when you already had an accepted offer. I’m sure you’ll claim your shop did the work so you could write up anything you want to make your claim valid.

If you think we want to bring customers in and tell them no and play all these games is worth our time and fake paperwork on stuff we fixed I’m sorry we will never agree. If you are saying that you didn’t ask for more money off after the fact once again we will not get anywhere. We were upfront about doing more work to the car. We told you we would never be able to get you $23000 that you told us a dealer down the street told you for the same car with a different interior. (That one is still available by the way). we admitted that we did raise the price that has been set online because of documented work that has been done. Multiple times we explained we cannot get to that number of $23,000 for your trade and we put it in carmax to show you us and Carmax can’t be $10000 off on your trade. We appreciate your post! We will continue to do our best and be honest with our customers as we have been with you.

You were upfront on doing more work to the vehicle and you told me multiple times you raised the price??? Everything was done through email, forward or post those emails that you stated you were doing more work and the price would increase. You NEVER said anything until I was at your store, ready to close the deal for the agreed $67,494 price. If you don’t play games then honor the $67,494.00 you told me.
