My experience from the beginning was amazing. I definitely have high expectations and don't particularly care for car dealers. My experience with Luis from thr beginning was not normal. Friendly, easy going, and he most importantly, read his customer and knew that I was going to buy from the beginning but assessed it properly. Other dealerships have a lot.to learn as I visited another local Ram dealer in Norco and they lost my longtime business just as Mark Christopher gained a new one. I brought my best friend with me on the 3rd visit when it was time to buy, and he's going to jump into a Denali as well. More
