Working with Mark Christopher Cadillac has made buying a vehicle a wonderful experience. The XT4 was ready for it's first oil change but with our busy schedule, it was going to be hard to get the car over d vehicle a wonderful experience. Mark Christopher was charging us $1825 for what they came up with being wrong on my car and we got the job done elsewhere for $260 including the part!!!! And they discovered what Mark Christopher claimed wa up with being wrong on my car and we got the job done elsewhere for $260 including the part!!!! And they discovered what Mark Christopher claimed was the issue, wasn’t!!! So Mark Christopher was going to charge us $1565 for labor? Unbelievable!!!!! More

Terrible service! I will not buy another vehicle from here. I took my truck in for service and no one called me to give an update on my vehicle. I had to call a total I will not buy another vehicle from here. I took my truck in for service and no one called me to give an update on my vehicle. I had to call a total of 7 times for two days because no one would call me back after they said they would and when someone finally called they said they had to keep it another two days. They gave me no rental, I had to get one myself the next day to get to work and the day I picked up the rental and paid I went to go pick up my belongings I needed for work in my truck at the dealership and they told me it was done after they had told me it was going to be there for another two days. I rented a car for nothing. Their customer service is by far the worse. More
