I am extremely disappointed that I’ve had to bring my truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has pe truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. This is a brand-new 2025 model, and it should not be experiencing any problems of this nature. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. More

I've brought my truck to Chevy dealers 3 times now and I've only owned it eight months. Twice at your dealership and once at Riverside. I have had problems with the auto stop, fuel gauge, radio/Bluetooth I've only owned it eight months. Twice at your dealership and once at Riverside. I have had problems with the auto stop, fuel gauge, radio/Bluetooth, display on the dash, missing vehicle information sticker in the door. I will say that my service provider that took my car in was great and no issue with him, he is an asset to your auto center.
