I was not told that my car would be looked at 'when they had time' or else I wouldn't have towed it there. I didn't have a car for 3 days. The receipt also said diagnostics were ran, tire tread checked etc, but since the fluids and car washing was a lie i'm assuming that is also untrue. More

When I make my appointments for my free oil changes I always ask for after work times. The technician always gets me with a kind word and a smile. He asks if anything needs attention.
