This review is for the Service department not the sales dealership. Everyone at the Service Department is always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I want to specifically call out Alex Clothier a service adv dealership. Everyone at the Service Department is always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I want to specifically call out Alex Clothier a service advisor and Matthew a repairman. We have 2 Mercedes and Alex has always been helpful and informative. I fell confident that if he is making a recommendation it is something that I really need for the car. Mathew took care of my car in short period and took the time to explain what was done why. I would recommend this service center to any Mercedes- Benz owner. The associates at the sales center coild lern a lot from the staff at the service center. More
