For the First time ever today I showed up at 07:30am at the Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Annapolis playing offense because my front brakes started to make noise and I was definitely concerned. I definitely surprised my Service advisor Alex Clothier who was like "What are you doing here, what's going on" because 99% of the time they are used to calling You! I explained to him the brake noise and he was ready to get me in right then and there but I did not drive my 2020 Mercedes GLB there. Alex promptly scheduled me for service in February and I am now good to go! And not once did I even mention to schedule me for a loaner because this is not his first rodeo with me, it was already done like he was a magician or something! More
