Peter Herman was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and communicated with me frequently with great service updates. Mr. Herman really made me feel like a valued customer. I could have gotten my car towed to any Mercedes in the area, but I chose this store because of the great customer service I received from Mr. Herman in August 2022. How lucky and grateful I am that he is the one to take care of my vehicle again this time around. Thanks a mighty lot! You are the best! More
