The Mercedes Service department is #1 in my opinion out of all Annapolis service departments and Alex Clothier is a Major reason why and I am going to jump right into why he adds to the service departments of all Annapolis service departments and Alex Clothier is a Major reason why and I am going to jump right into why he adds to the service departments stellar reputation: 1. He scheduled my 60,000 mile car service for my 2020 Mercedes GLB and he let me know that there were 2 recall services that had to be done with the front axle and the transmission. I was not aware of those recalls and I appreciated that! 2. He set me up with a loaner with a brand new similar same color (white) 2022 Mercedes GLB with only 911 miles on it with XM radio. 3. The morning of my appointment I showed up after work coming from Dulles International Airport, VA. exhausted and everything was ready to go. I was there only 10 minutes after opening. 4. After all the fixes was done after 4 days, Alex gave me a text, he had my car washed, I picked it up, and I was gone! Alex is very efficient, and he respects the customer's valuable time! 5. Lastly, Alex recommended that I get two new tires and he gave an estimate for my front-end repair. Thank you once again Alex! Merry Christmas! More
I finally found the car that works for me. I must be honest. I did not think that this dealership was the one to get the job done. I arrived one rainy night and around 8:30. Everyone was busy and they were preparing to close. I test-drove one vehicle and I was not sold. The salesman was truly busy and in the middle of a trade-in and I didn't want to be a third wheel. I browsed the lot and decided to search elsewhere. I met Dean and another manager they were very helpful and explained a few things to help my wife and me. They explained that they would appreciate our business and they were thankful for us stopping by on this particular rainy evening in October. We went on to search for the right Mercedes. Our search led us to a Delaware BMW, a New Jersey Maserati dealership, and another Mercedes in Maryland. I was two days from flying to Miami for a test drive on another Car when I decided to give Annapolis one more try. I called the salesman and no answer. I called the manager that I met previously and no answer. It was Friday morning around 11 am and my wife saw a car on the website that didn't have pictures but met the criteria. She was intrigued by the online description and believed it would be a good fit. I had to call the dealership three more times before I was transferred to Julian. Julian immediately checked for the vehicle that was were inquiring about and offered to take pictures and send them to us as soon as possible. That was the first thing he did to show me how completely different from every other car salesman in all of the 6-7 luxury dealerships that I have encountered in the last two weeks. He sent the pictures and I immediately made an appointment. He was waiting, but the car was out for detailing. While we waited he gave us a detailed description and educated us on every aspect of the various engines and models withing the showroom. We test-drove an AMG that morning at another dealership so he explained the difference between an AMG and how the engines are made by hand. I was intrigued and I felt like I was in a Ph.D. PROGRAM. I came in with a junior college education on high-end vehicles and left with a Ph.D. thanks for Julian. He knows his stuff and he does not try to sell you. He allows the product to sell itself. That is the true sign of an individual who loves what they do. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend, Julian Connor! He is the best! More
