Used to be pretty great but ever since it changed ownership it went downhill. The customer service, client treatment and experience was completely different when compared to before. I ended up switch ownership it went downhill. The customer service, client treatment and experience was completely different when compared to before. I ended up switching the service and warranty work to MB Pembroke Pines which provided a better experience. When I sold the vehicle it’s been impossible to talk to anybody in this dealership about the GAP refund. I would not recommend this dealership. More
