Upon walking into Mercedes, we were pleasantly greeted by the staff at the front desk. Vince Peluso Jr. was our salesperson. Once in the office, Vince explained the different packages that were offered and f the staff at the front desk. Vince Peluso Jr. was our salesperson. Once in the office, Vince explained the different packages that were offered and from there the process went smoothly. Vince took my information and presented it to management. After taking a test drive in the vehicle, we went over numbers and a deal was made. A very smooth transaction that I didn’t experience with other dealerships. In closing, Shawn showed us a tutorial of the vehicle inside and out. He explained every detail in the vehicle in a simple way that I would understand this new technology. He was patient and kind answering all my questions. More
