Upon entering the dealership, I was very impressed. My deal started with Paula and ended with Joe. After going to over 5 dealerships, I went back to Edison to talk pricing and options to purchase. Joe was GREAT! He listened to what I WANTED and NEEDED. He never forced anything and left all options up to me. He was transparent and walked me through the whole process of leasing a vehicle. He made sure to secure the vehicle I wanted (second to GLE due to my need for a particular payment) a GLC 300, with my PANORAMIC ROOF. Joe even went above and beyond to get me a vehicle after the one I was going to get, was over my monthly payment amount needed. He delivery was seamless and he also catered to my children (10 and 7) and spouse. I can say that I will be back to lease another vehicle once my current lease is complete!!!
