Vehicle was there for a repeat engine light. While in your care, you recommended replacing the tires for $1,200. We agreed. I picked the car up today and was handed an invoice for $1,450. When I quest your care, you recommended replacing the tires for $1,200. We agreed. I picked the car up today and was handed an invoice for $1,450. When I questioned the Receptionist (middle position), she showed little interest in explaining the additional $250. Essentially walked away, starting talking to Receptionist in right position. I have later learned that my wife asked for someone to tell us what it would take to repair the broken passenger visor clip (plastic bushing that holds the visor in place). No one called us back/ authorized the work. Certainly didn't expect it to cost $250. The vehicle has an extended warranty. You folks are usually over the top. More

Exceptional experience with Barry Martin and Ray Catena From first meeting to our new 2020 GLE being delivered to our driveway, Barry Martin and Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Edison exceeded our expectations. From first meeting to our new 2020 GLE being delivered to our driveway, Barry Martin and Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Edison exceeded our expectations. Barry, along with Anthony Marino (manager), made the entire process seamless and stress free. Barry held our hand through every aspect of the transaction: education, comparison, pricing, lease options, safety features, etc. We were able to process much of the paperwork online - streamlining the experience and making the lease process much easier. My wife was able to find the perfect GLE with everything that she wanted.....Barry drove to our home that evening to hand deliver the vehicle and educate us on the (too many to mention) enhancements on the 2020 GLE since our 2017 model. Mercedes nailed it! My life loves her new truck and we will certainly be heading back to see Barry and Anthony in 3 years for our next vehicle. Wonderful dealership.....super attentive sales staff...and great client experience. More

No nonsense, straight to the point and accommodating. Barry helped me get out of a several month old Porsche and I to something more suited for me and my family (fast AND able to seat 5). Mr. Vince take care of me so well and he showed me the options that i can save money ! The only thing i did not like it is the Mercedes Benz Bank ! It took 3-4 days to get a financial program. We collect options that i can save money ! The only thing i did not like it is the Mercedes Benz Bank ! It took 3-4 days to get a financial program. We collect over than 10 documents to prove ourselves to Bank ! Even we had 2-3 same car’s money in the bank ! But, there is nothing about Mr. Vince Jr and he keep posted me all the time ! I had this problems just because of im not a citizen of us. More
