From the beginning she was very charming, genuine, and very informative. Late that Monday afternoon, we headed to Hagerstown from Silver Spring and it was definitely worth the drive. She also went out of her way with her children to show us a nearby family restaurant where me and my family could go eat. We arrived at 6:00 pm so his transaction ended at 8:00 pm, so we were all tired hungry but she made this transaction really fun. I will recommend this sales person to anyone. Barry London met us at the door and we discussed the options we wanted. As we had not driven an E350 wagon, Barry suggested we take a test drive. Using his considerable knowledge of the vehicle, he explained in detail some of the safety and operational features while in the parking lot and others as we drove. In his office, Barry helped us with our decision by offering suggestions, answering questions, and providing technical and financial information; all in a professional and courteous manner. Working with Barry was indeed an enjoyable experience. We decided to lease the wagon and Barry introduced us to C. J. Brown who completed the necessary paperwork to establish the lease and title the wagon. She, too, added to our positive experience. As we left the dealership, all of the other sales staff congratulated us on our purchase. Found on Auto Trader Certified Pre-owned I had been searching for a specific MB GL 550 in color, style, options etc. Found the car in Hagerstown from Auto Trader. Spoke to my local MB Rep in I had been searching for a specific MB GL 550 in color, style, options etc. Found the car in Hagerstown from Auto Trader. Spoke to my local MB Rep in Texas. He stated that since the car is Certified and new with only a few miles on the car that there is no need to view it just have it shipped. I am "hands on" and when spending alot of money on a vehicle I believe it best to view it in person. Chandra was exceptional in working with me. She assured me the vehicle was everything stated "on-line" and went as far as sending me specific pictures and video of the car. I flew into DC from TX and Chandra had a driver waiting on me to bring me to the Dealership. The GL 550 was everything and more. I had the great pleasure of driving this exceptional vehicle back to TX at my 3 day leisure. Chandra was great from start to finish and everything she stated she followed through with. I highly recommend Chandra. She is a pleasure and joy to work with. The GL 550 is a "head" turning beautiful vehicle and it was worth the trip to Hagerstown.
