We came to "look" at a car at 6:00PM on a Friday. Rob Edmonds, despite a need to get home, went above and beyond to allow us to buy and take possession of, our (new to us) car. It is the 5th or 6th v Rob Edmonds, despite a need to get home, went above and beyond to allow us to buy and take possession of, our (new to us) car. It is the 5th or 6th vehicle that we have, purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and Rob carried on a fine tradition of making the purchase and delivery, seamless. It was also "old home week" getting to see Barry London, and the Justin Harbert, each of whom have helped us in the past. We are sure there will be a next time as well. More
