My car-buying experience with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown was pleasant and efficient. I found the car on their website, which worked better than some other sites I searched. I called and scheduled an appoint was pleasant and efficient. I found the car on their website, which worked better than some other sites I searched. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day because it was a 3 1/2 hour drive each way. Rob said he would put a Hold on the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was parked out front. Rob gave me a key and told me to look it over. When I was done, I asked to drive it, which I did. The drive sold the car. I went inside and we talked terms. Rob was able to arrange attractive financing. I drove the car home that night. I never expected to buy the car that quickly. Rob and Tony stayed well past 5:00 pm on a Saturday night to finish up the paperwork. I would certainly consider them in the future. More

This my 2nd Mercedes that I’ve leased from Hagerstown MB. Barry, Tony has been nothing less then extraordinary with the level of customer service that they have provided. I sat with Barry on several occasions trying to understand features and packages. Once completed and ordered, I got the vehicle I wanted. Now on to the Tony, the Finance Guru, literally I was in and out of his office in 30 minutes tops. Him and Barry had all the paperwork ready, fully explained my add-on options and told me the truth about what I need and didn’t. I end this with GO TALK TO MY GUY BARRY, he will take care of you. Once you get what you want, TONY will bring it home. Mind you all this was done during the Covid-19 pandemic as well. More
