This was certainly one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever made! This was our second Mercedes SUV we have bought from Hagerstown Mercedes Benz. We looked at another GLE 350 at another Mercedes Benz dealership but the sales associate was so pushy, gave us misleading i Hagerstown Mercedes Benz. We looked at another GLE 350 at another Mercedes Benz dealership but the sales associate was so pushy, gave us misleading information and was only looking for a quick same day sale. We had a completely different experience with Rob at Hagerstown Mercedes Benz. He was very patient with us, promptly returned our phone calls, answered all of our questions, was accomodative with our schedule as far as test drive and delivery, worked with us to get the vehicle in our price range and financing options. He even followed up after the sale with setting up some of the user features of the car. Rob was not a pushy salesman and was not looking for a same day sale that is why we bought from him and Hagerstown Mercedes Benz. I would highly recommend them and their service dept is great too. It's just a satisfying over all experience owning a vehicle from their dealership! More

No follow up til too late Contacted the dealership to get a new lease on a GLB as my GLK LEASE was expiring. This sales person never called me back even though I drove to the dealership to test drive ( which was significant on my part as a 70 year old high risk person for the virus) but he was with a customer. No problem but he waited over a week to reach back out to me. This is the second time I have had this buying experience with te sales department and honestly feel discriminated by them as a woman. However, the salesperson from Catonsville Md not only called back but sent me all the paperwork on his models, assisted with delivery by bringing the car to me. I leased a $48,000 car within I week of my inquiry. More
