I had come to Houston from Colorado and since I was going to be here for awhile,I scheduled what I thought was the 20k maintenance on my Sprinter RV. I brought it in and the team said at wasn't needed for a to be here for awhile,I scheduled what I thought was the 20k maintenance on my Sprinter RV. I brought it in and the team said at wasn't needed for another 10K. They did the warranty recall work and replaced a defective ignition starter instead. They promised it would be done on two days and it was finished. I do appreciated their honesty. More
