After warranty work was complete my car pulls right and the steering wheel is not straight. Wasted time and gas for the rude worker to tell me that its the tires and they swapped them on the front. Never mentioned the coolant smell I had asked to have checked. Driving home the car was exactly like when I arrived to get the alignment fixed. Called and left message with Matt at around 2pm and never received a call back. Called the next day and had to leave another message. He called and said they had checked the coolant issue but I really don't know. Now I have to pay someone to fix the alignment which was fine before the work. When I first bought the car the alignment was off and they were suppose to check it and I ended up taking it elsewhere to get it fixed. Not sure if their equipment needs calibrated or what. Im giving 2 stars because the original work was completed but my car smells like coolant and oil now. More

Our experience with Mike Murphy Ford exceeded our expectations. I picked out a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. Christian was the salesman we were in contact with. We scheduled an appointment expectations. I picked out a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. Christian was the salesman we were in contact with. We scheduled an appointment with Christian and he had the vehicle ready to go when we got there. Christian answered all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he would find an answer for us. We drove the first vehicle but decided to also look at the same vehicle just a different model with more bells and whistles. Christian had it ready for us when we returned with the first vehicle. We ended up LOVING it!! Christian was very welcoming and knowledgeable with the entire process. More
