Sales and finance were easy to work with. The process of taking possession of my new Ford was smooth. Staff at Mike Murphy Ford were friendly and helpful. I gave the 4 star because the brand new car was sup taking possession of my new Ford was smooth. Staff at Mike Murphy Ford were friendly and helpful. I gave the 4 star because the brand new car was supposed to be detailed and I didn't feel that it had been done very well. there were prints and smudges on the car.
