He helped us pick out a good car for my son and was not high pressure. I felt very comfortable with Kevin and felt like he would not lead us astray. Very friendly very helpful and very prompt on answering my emails. I would have liked to. A lower price on the car but I'm sure you would have like to get a higher price. Terrible Bought a car a little over a year ago from dealership. Everything was going great for about a year. I loved the car and it had no issues at all. It wa Bought a car a little over a year ago from dealership. Everything was going great for about a year. I loved the car and it had no issues at all. It was a Fusion Energi and it caught fire in my driveway. Was towed immediately to the dealership where it sat for four months. A engineer came out and looked at car and determined fire was caused by control module in the lithium ion battery in trunk. Ford said they would warranty the car. It had 22k worth of damage and could not be fixed. So we waited and played this game with Ford for a few months while continuing to make payments to the car. Ford then came back with a offer that they said they would give me a full reimbursement for the car like the day I bought it. I was satisfied with this offer. We waited another 45 days and finally got the settlement papers for this car. Ford came back with a offer that is so ridiculous. They weren't even going to give me trade in value for my car. They said it depreciated with the miles I put on car. I then was forced to turn this car into my insurance and let them deal with it. They gave me a much better offer. I also bought gap insurance through dealership because I thought I was being smart about it and found out that they charge $800 for it and my bank charges $300 for the same coverage. This is a complete rip-off. I am so frustrated to this day about this issue. I don't see how they can just get away with this and everything should be good. IT WAS FORDS AUTO PART FAULT THAT CAUSED THIS. If it wasn't for that I would still be driving it and not a piece of crap car. More
