There was a minor delay when we came to test drive the car, but everyone was very apologetic and kept us informed. Again, everyone we encountered at the dealership was very pleasant and positive. My husband and I kind of laughed because we must have been offered a bottle of water a dozen times during our visit because everyone is so customer service oriented. We drive a little over an hour to this dealership for our purchase, and it was well worth the drive. More
