Worked on DEF problem. It cost me 1000.00 and drove it50 miles. Broke again and it’s aDEF problem. Will have to have it towed. And they can’t get me in for two weeks. Shoul It cost me 1000.00 and drove it50 miles. Broke again and it’s aDEF problem. Will have to have it towed. And they can’t get me in for two weeks. Should be put I head of line since they didn’t fix! They should pay for towing and go fix it right. More

After warranty work was complete my car pulls right and the steering wheel is not straight. Wasted time and gas for the rude worker to tell me that its the tires and they swapped them on the front. Never mentioned the coolant smell I had asked to have checked. Driving home the car was exactly like when I arrived to get the alignment fixed. Called and left message with Matt at around 2pm and never received a call back. Called the next day and had to leave another message. He called and said they had checked the coolant issue but I really don't know. Now I have to pay someone to fix the alignment which was fine before the work. When I first bought the car the alignment was off and they were suppose to check it and I ended up taking it elsewhere to get it fixed. Not sure if their equipment needs calibrated or what. Im giving 2 stars because the original work was completed but my car smells like coolant and oil now. More
