What a difference it makes when you receive excellent customer service, communication & pride of their positions within the service department. From calling in to be scheduled in an emergency circumstance, scheduled appointment, loaner vehicle & communication through out the service, I would highly recommend the Service Department. Each one in their position made it very comforting to know they were working on the issue, completing all necessary documents, providing comfort during a sensitive visit to the area & getting the vehicle back on the road w/ confidence. I already did this but you keep sending the message with this link. The dealership service visit was fine. I was disappointed that the first maintenance visit did not include an oil change and that that is this link. The dealership service visit was fine. I was disappointed that the first maintenance visit did not include an oil change and that that is not done until one year or 10,000 miles. After six months I had less than 800 miles on the car. I do not know who I spoke with, he did not introduce himself. More
