Our designated salesman was nice and attentive while we were looking at cars and did our test drive. However, once we decided on a new Honda Fit the negotiation process between the finance manager and the were looking at cars and did our test drive. However, once we decided on a new Honda Fit the negotiation process between the finance manager and the salesman was very deceptive and stressful, since we constantly noticed extra charges at each stage that were not added to the total we were being told we would pay. There was a lack of directness, communication, clarity, and honesty. We were overcharged in the thousands for a few add-ons that were not even itemized for us and they expected us to believe that we were somehow still getting a deal. More

Awful - what was expected to be a 2 hour appointment was quoted as 5 hours when I got to the dealership. Then, 5 hours later, an additional hour was added. All in, a 6 hour job.
