I give this dealer a 3 because the managers Max and Manny are truly amazing. BUT the assistant Manager Willie Pittman was truly a sour grape. Long story short, I brought my car in for service, after handin are truly amazing. BUT the assistant Manager Willie Pittman was truly a sour grape. Long story short, I brought my car in for service, after handing them the keys and signing a few papers, Willie comes into the lounge area asking if I’d like to purchase a new windshield. Of course I’m confused, my windshield was not broken when I handed them my car. He proceeds to say it’s not his fault and lie about how he hadn’t touched my car which obviously both him and the service people had. Needless to say I had to get in touch with the manager a few days later and they were the kindest people ever. They looked at the cameras and confirmed my car was intact when I got there and offered to replace my windshield. I rate Willie a ZERO in customer service and would advice him to learn a thing or two from his management. More
