Last week I was traveling from Indiana to Florida when my car broke down in middle Tennessee. I had 4 mechanics work on my car trying to get back on the road, each time my car wasn’t fixed. Two others looked car broke down in middle Tennessee. I had 4 mechanics work on my car trying to get back on the road, each time my car wasn’t fixed. Two others looked at my car quoting the problem as different and costly issues, I had just spent my travel budget on the first four mechanics. I had been stranded for several days and was being told the soonest someone could work on my car was 3 weeks out. In desperation called Newton seeking help, trade in or whatever it took to get me back on the road. They sent a tow truck 50 miles to come get me, my dogs and car. Everyone I spoke with treated me with kindness and compassion. Newton assessed my car and found a simple spark plug issue. I had been overly honest telling them what I was already quoted, they could have charged me for unnecessary work and I would not have known- but they didn’t. They could have convinced me to trade my car in but they didn’t. They simply fixed the spark plug and brought my car back to me in under 30 minutes. I will be forever grateful for their honesty, kindness and compassion. They went above and beyond for me when I was in what felt like a desperate situation. A new car is in my horizon for the near feature and the only place I will consider purchasing from is Newton Nissan. I would like to thank everyone at Newton that helped get me back on the road. You are my hero’s! More

Daryl was very knowledgeable and kind when he took my call after service hours to troubleshoot the reason why my Rogue would not start. His assessment was accurate and he went above and beyond to get me call after service hours to troubleshoot the reason why my Rogue would not start. His assessment was accurate and he went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to purchase the correct battery for the make/model of my vehicle. He even followed up with a call to make sure that everything went well with my battery purchase and install. He is the epitome of someone who loves his job and cares for his customers. Paul was very courteous and polite while i communicated with him regarding the issues with my Titan. He always got with me promptly with updates on the status of the repairs of the truck. Also he made su with him regarding the issues with my Titan. He always got with me promptly with updates on the status of the repairs of the truck. Also he made sure i had a loaner vehicle not only the first time it was in the shop but I had to bring it back the next day for additional noises and he put me right back in another loaner rather than saying they had no loaners. Great service advisor to work with! More

Enjoy going to this Dealership to get service done on my vehicle compared to others I have been to. Spread out / comfortable waiting room, window to watch maintenance being completed, and courteous Personn vehicle compared to others I have been to. I never feel pressured to do Maintenance, if there is any service coming it it'll all be documented as well as sent via text message. Will continue to get all my service done here when needed. More
