Buying out my lease would have been much more pleasant if I wasn’t constantly being asked/persuaded to also purchase an $8500 warranty that cost them 1/10 of that . Real turn off. Also when I called “finance I wasn’t constantly being asked/persuaded to also purchase an $8500 warranty that cost them 1/10 of that . Real turn off. Less smoke and mirrors- I appreciate transparency not sleazy used car salesman tactics. i used to work for Toyota - nice try but very distasteful. More

It might have been 5 stars, especially for Jason, in the service dept, who was great! But I was a little disappointed that I had to bring my Jetta in for a check engine light just a few days after it was t service dept, who was great! But I was a little disappointed that I had to bring my Jetta in for a check engine light just a few days after it was there all day long for a 60,000 mile service. Fortunately the second time was covered under the extended warranty and was ready to pick up after 5 hours. I appreciate the complimentary Lyft rides. More

Jose of Niello went the extra mile for us.
