I’m highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service from this dealership. On Saturday May 16th, at around 07:30am, The service writer Antonio greeted us when we pulled into the service bay, and I told from this dealership. On Saturday May 16th, at around 07:30am, The service writer Antonio greeted us when we pulled into the service bay, and I told him that I’m there for an appointment for a recall and an oil change. He starts to then check us in and is upselling us service packages that range from $1,065-$2000. My husband and I decline the package and reiterate that we just want the recall and the oil change done. Once everything gets settled, Antonio lets us know it’s going to be about a couple hours. In which, we ask can we get a loaner in the meantime. He then goes to check with his service manager Patrick. Patrick responds to Antonio with “what service package did they get?” Antonio says none and that we were only here for 2 services, and Patrick then tells him to let us know that no loaners were available for us to get because we didn’t purchase a service package. More

John was really patient with me he explained what I needed to do to catch up with my 60k service, I wasn't able to do everything on the list and he was able to narrow down for me what I could do within needed to do to catch up with my 60k service, I wasn't able to do everything on the list and he was able to narrow down for me what I could do within my budget which was pretty cool. He also gave me good advice with regards to my brakes and helped me understand what the issues were and how that impacted if I should service them or not. All around good, down to earth advice. More
