Poor service communication, had to reach out multiple times to get updates, which were vague. Thought the car was being worked on, but it was just sitting most of the time. All while I was renting a car, times to get updates, which were vague. Thought the car was being worked on, but it was just sitting most of the time. All while I was renting a car, feels like they purposely took longer to take advantage of me also paying them for a rental. The cherry on top is the issue was not fixed and the repair they suggested was not needed. I was originally told it would be covered under warranty, but they changed their mind after the repair didn’t solve the issue. More
