I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, personable, and smart my sales consultant Matt is (he personifies the "no hassle" approach that keeps the car process focused on not just what I need but also what makes new cars fun). Even during the current pandemic and the limitations on access to the dealership, he was quick to respond, offer suggestions, and walk me through each step of the process. Add to that superlative service the efficient work of Jason in handling the finance aspects and I was in my new SEL Tiguan before I knew it.
