If you can't, let me know and I won't waste yours or my time...2 minutes later we were writing the order. Service has been exceptional as well. The video review is such a simple idea and can't imagine why every service center doesn't use this idea....I can see what the techs are talking about and can make an informed decision. My only suggestion would be to offer complimentary loaners when when dropping off for service, however I do live and work in the van service area and that has been always offered and used a couple of times to high satisfaction. More

Provided a tow company for me to use which was covered and they sent a text confirming when it would get to the house. They were on time and brought the car and my husband to the dealership. Very professional driver! Ken was my “advisor” and was clear and honest with his explanation of the work they were doing on the car. A very civilized repair shop I planned to spend the day at North Penn Imports this week because my car needed several interventions. Plenty of desk space where I could work and lots of amenities - water, coffee, wi-fi. Frankly, it's nicer than my office! The staff kept me well-informed and offered me options.
