Fantastic Dealership - Great Staff I can’t recommend North Penn VW enough - and specifically, Bill Kurz as a sales person if you’re looking for a new vehicle. I had previously met Bill I can’t recommend North Penn VW enough - and specifically, Bill Kurz as a sales person if you’re looking for a new vehicle. I had previously met Bill when in search of my last car - unfortunately I waited and the car I had been looking at was sold. So skip to 4 years later, I find a car I like and reached out to Bill to see if he was still at North Penn. He was and I’m so happy. He made the experience so stress free with no haggling, honesty and allowed me to weigh my options. He was patient and the ultimate professional. He really was THAT great and the opposite of what many of us (esp me) might tend to think of car salesmen. I also dealt with Jason when signing my documents - he made it so easy and didn’t pressure or push at all when covering the extra packages VW offers. He even helped me rule out ones I wouldn’t benefit from. Just an all around pleasant atmosphere at this dealership. Can’t thank Bill and North Penn enough for such a wonderful experience and of course, an awesome new car. More
