We also were assisted by Mike Sinclair, who came in on his day off to help close the deal and review the car specifics. We met with Jason Hartman to handle the financial aspect of the closing. Again, there was no pressure to buy extended warranties or other add ons. He explained the options but was respectful of our decision on them. This is a great dealership!! We previously had a VW Beetle and the service center at North Penn has always been top notch!!! HIghly recommend this dealership and the VW product!!! More

Shawn in the email department was polite and thorough in his emails and even answered additional questions I had with no run around. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe was quick and efficient in getting me in and out due to a time constraint. Overall a fantastic dealership! Fantastic Customer Service!! I drove two hours to North Penn VW to see a 2015 Beetle that was listed on their internet. I called them on a Wednesday told them what I was interest I drove two hours to North Penn VW to see a 2015 Beetle that was listed on their internet. I called them on a Wednesday told them what I was interested in and would be there Thursday morning. Greg Holland, our sales rep, had the car out front & ready to go!! Test drove it. Loved it! Worked a deal. Since we were under a time restraint (I had to get home) Greg went over the major features with me and told me to please call him anytime if I have any questions. Then it was off to finish the paperwork with Jason. He new that we had limited time so Jason had all of the paperwork ready to go. Explained the things that I didn’t understand handed me the pen, I signed and off I went. Greg & Jason we’re wonderful to work with & yes, I would buy another car from these guys. More
