Customer service was not good. Bought a brand new Lexus vehicle on 11/3/23 and had to bring it back the same day because the check engine light and several other lights came on. I did not get my brand new vehicle back until the week of Dec 20th and had it for 4 days and had to return it to the dealership because the heating elements to the seats were not working and the seats would not stay programmed. There was a computer issue which was the findings. I no longer wanted the vehicle and asked for a brand new one. I finally got a new vehicle on 2/1/24. After having conversations with the finance and manager, I was informed that they would give me the best deal. Instead of doing a collateral swap, they sold me a new vehicle and used my equity as a down payment to make it work. When going to finance to do paperwork they tried to not give me all the value I paid for original vehicle. Once everything was done, I asked for complimentary Lexus gear for my troubles and haven’t heard from anyone because they say it’s out of their control. More
