Working with Mike Driskill is always a pleasure. He is efficient and understands what I will accept and what I will not. While the manager was not willing to deal on my trade in, Mike went out of his way to structure a deal that gave me the additional value for my trade-in (2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 TRD). I was ready to not buy the new LX600 unless I could sell my car, rather than trade-in, for the value it was worth. Had it not been for Mike, this deal would not have been done. I have purchased 6 new cars from him over the last three decades and I have one on order for my wife. Lexus management is getting full price for all new cars (more demand than supply, which is understandable), but when they try to also make more money on my trade, it is untenable in my opinion. Thank goodness for Mike. Lexus should be thankful as well. With respect to this dealership, I have worked with them for years and they are outstanding on service. Highly recommend them. More

I purchased from out of state (Colorado) and flew in to Houston to purchase my vehicle. Randy was quick in response over email, text, and on the phone. When I arrived, Randy picked us up in the vehicle we were purchasing (he even took it through the carwash before he arrived) so that I could test drive it before heading back to the dealership for all the paperwork. While at the dealership, everyone was professional and kind and courteous. The general manager, David, even took time to chat with us for a bit and then gifted us some branded tumbler mugs to hold our beverages on the roadtrip back to Colorado. I could not have asked for abetter experience purchasing a preowned vehicle, especially from out of state! I'm very appreciative of everyone. More
