I have been purchasing or leasing Lexus vehicles for 30 years now. Always from Northside Lexus. The service department are the best. My sales person Don Hollenfield is outstanding. Very nice sales guy. Honestly though didn't make much effort to try and sell the car. Luckily for them the cars sell themselves, so they didn't have to put much effort. I do feel that their technique of selling packages (windshield, tire repair, etc) when you arrive to buy the car was extremely sleezy - there was ample time to tell me about the choices I could make in the week leading up to the car arriving- but no mention in advance of any of the choices whatsoever, meaning we had to make very expensive decisions on the spot, no time to think about it, they flat out lied to us about certain things (we found out later), and on top of that, because they prioritized their sales of these items, we approached closing time and then only got about 5 minutes to learn the features of the 50k car we just purchased- very frustrating and unfair. Now, because of their sleezy sales techniques, I don't even know how to use all the features in my new car, and I'm paying a bunch of money for a windshield repair service that is automatically included in my insurance plan already! More
