I dropped off my RX350 for drown noise issue. They did miss diagnostic and updated the transmission with out my authorization. Now gear sleeping in 35mph. They are saying it's the software issue. They did miss diagnostic and updated the transmission with out my authorization. Now gear sleeping in 35mph. They are saying it's the software issue. They try to explain me , IT IS WHAT IT IS , their tech is keep telling me your car drivers normal and that problem is normal for my car . They did a test drive and felt the gear sleeping but still don't want to do anything about it. I was driving that car without any issues before they update my transmission, and now I have drive the car with gear sleeping problem because of their fault. More
