Great dealership! We worked with Don in 2016 and again now. He is just a super nice person and very knowledgeable about Lexus. Even though it was time for the dealersh We worked with Don in 2016 and again now. He is just a super nice person and very knowledgeable about Lexus. Even though it was time for the dealership to close when we returned to pick up the car - he never rushed us. He is a jewel and Lexus is fortunate to have him. David Ortiz was our "technology" person. Again it was 30 min before closing and he did not let us forget it. He said to me "we only have 26 minutes to show you a few things". I just spent over 50,000 buying a car and I have 26 min? Very unprofessional. I run my own business and have stayed late on many occasions to ensure my customers were 100% satisfied. I got the impression he didn't much care just wanted to make sure he left at 6. So not too pleased with that part of my Northside experience. More

This didn’t happen at Northside with Joe Finley. Another Lexus dealership gave me an incredible offer on a vehicle I was interested in buying. They asked me to come in to finalize the deal. Before going in, I gave Northside a chance to bid for my business. They said they’d beat it by $500 so I went to them instead. Once there, we found out the sweet deal at the other dealership was on a severely hail damaged vehicle and that was why the deal was so good. Even with that new information, Joe and his manager honored the original offer that they gave me. That meant a lot to me and they have earned my business going forward.
