Sales, finance, and service were great Based on CR review and talking with owners, the Lexus RX450h was the car to get. We also have a Toyota 2002 Sienna that was an excellent purchase. So Based on CR review and talking with owners, the Lexus RX450h was the car to get. We also have a Toyota 2002 Sienna that was an excellent purchase. So after test driving the Lexus RX450h several times, we decided to buy it. Sales, finance, and service were all professional and no hidden surprises. The vehicle itself is solid, well made, and very quiet with loads of features. However, we make purchase decisions based on comfort (we take long road trips) and the seats in the Lexus we bought is nowhere near as comfortable as the one we tested. In comparison to our Sienna, the Sienna is far superior comfort wise than the RX450h. If I could change two things about the Lexus, the vehicle would be perfect: 1. remove the rock-hard seats and put the plush Sienna seats in; 2. Be able to control the acceleration of the joystick driver on the display controls...very hard to operate and very frustrating to use. Overall, we like the car, and after we added a memory foam pad to the seats, it is nearly okay. Wish there had been an upgrade option for comfortable, plush seats. Just driving an hour gives you an achy rear and back. As to the dealership, no problems, enjoyed the experience. More

(An uncommon delight to say the least). Nick is fast and thorough. He’s a straight shooter who has earned our trust through TWO new-car purchases. He does Northside Lexus PROUD. Caleb Vario walked us through the financing process in a remarkable helpful way, without any sense of being “pushed”. He was quick and efficient. The paperless desk-surface technology for finalizing our purchase, trade-in and financing was impressive. Ava Nguyen took special care to work through ALL of our technical Q&As and bring us up to date with all of the new technological features. This most rec We recently purchased our 5th Lexus with Northside . We are very happy with each experience and attention we receive from Mike Driskill. This most recent purchase was handled in an efficient timely manner . Mike took all our requests for our new RX350 and tracked one down in state within days . Our pickup day and purchase went smoothly from our initial greeting , to test drive ( car was ready and waiting), on to our financial portion with James Vu. James was personable and ready with all our numbers and options. Each were explained to us thoroughly . All of our questions answered . Our next department was with Brian Cobb, set up and electronics . Brian helped me set up my phone Enform app, explaining all the new “bells and whistles” on this 2019 RX350. Lots of changes since my last 2011 RX. Brian went over very button and switch in the car . He knew the changes from my old model to this new one , pointing out the changes , improvements, and new locations of the accessories. We set up my phone , LOVE the Bluetooth and hands free capabilities. When Ali wasn’t so thrilled with the changes, for instance the reduction of mph when too close to other cars on the freeway, Brian pointed out the safety features to the new option more often talking me into at least trying out the new safety feature before ruling it out . Brian made us feel confident to use al the new features in a short time with him and I feel welcome to call him with any questions . There wasn’t any time that I felt silly or ignorant with all the new perks our RX350 has to offer . Brian was very clear and never confusing , his patience appreciated. He set up our Sirius channels from memory . I have had a Sirius membership for years but no recollection of all the channels like Brian has and able to share with us . The personal setup took just minutes with all he knows . So quick, but never felt rushed . Buying a new vehicle is never a quick process, it shouldn’t be , but at no time did we feel like we were waiting around . We never felt like it was taking too long , nor did we have to wait between each department . Mike Driskill has it all lined up with each drpartment ,from his welcome at the front door , until we shook hands and drove #5 Lexus home . More
