What an awesome experience to move forward w/ 2019 ES350! I wasn’t comfortable with leased 2016 leased vehicle. I was released on 11/21 at advice of Bobby Bosley. They got me out of lease with 5 months left I wasn’t comfortable with leased 2016 leased vehicle. I was released on 11/21 at advice of Bobby Bosley. They got me out of lease with 5 months left. So excited to see new 2019. Only issue was higher interest rate of 4.9 when I had found one for 4%. Heard many of car companies are using this coercive methodology to force clients to accept .9% higher. I will handle this later. More

Sure, it's different, making decisions newly alone, but David has deserved the Henry loyalty. The decision of what's best for me? Sure, that can seem intimidating - Thank you, David, for always making me feel like Northside is family. Because of your personalized attention to what you have perceived most suitable for me, every time there has been a decision to make, the one you suggested - the Lexus RX450, the only one I drove was perfect and the decision was no problem. To have a personal representative as David is, is so excellent. I have said for several years now, "Where David Gardner is, is where my next automobile will be". When it comes to automobile decisions, feeling that we are special and individual - it's priceless to keep being shown that we are individuals and that David is tuned in to individual wants and needs. Again, decision time, and different considerations and options this year. There is no question who to inquire for help through the newer options, and information why, about each model. My "go to" person who is wisely capable and empathetically comfortable to trust in every way. I believe this is standard for Northside - I can know with confidence about David. It's nice to be able to say in writing, Northside has highest standards in every way and earns loyalty. David Gardner was our first sales person here, and we have referred him many times. From Service, and every contact - Dean in Service, Melissa in showing us how to use and enjoy all the features..... never less than 5 Stars here. From Chrysler to Mercedes to Lexus - never considered any other automobile again. Always Northside, always David Gardner for the Henrys, Every experience here has been excellent and satisfying. This will be the fifth Lexus from Northside and from David. First time ever to develop such loyalty....I love how they make the experience feel like a privilege. Coco Henry More

Delightful Bought a new GX over the weekend with Don. I had gone in earlier in the week to check them out and was upfront that I wouldn't be purchasing that day Bought a new GX over the weekend with Don. I had gone in earlier in the week to check them out and was upfront that I wouldn't be purchasing that day. Don was willing to assist, answer questions, and take me for a test drive all knowing he would not make the sale that day and may not until next summer. As it turns out, my husband and I decided to go ahead and move forward sooner than originally planned, so we returned that Saturday. Don was unavailable initially (helping another customer), so Barry helped get us started so we wouldn't have to wait, then turned us back over to Don once he returned. Kudos to the entire staff that we dealt with from sales, to finance, to technology. All of them were professional and friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I LOVE my new GX, although I'm still getting used to the size (previous vehicle was much smaller). If all continues to go well and the car continues to perform, I will probably be #LexusForLife.
