My accounting firm purchased a vehicle to use for courier services. It was busy at the office so he brought the car for us to review and test drive... right to the front door of our office! He then drove back and forth from New Haven to our office by Lutheran Hospital to bring purchase paperwork for signature and delivered a freshly detailed car right to our doorstep! O'Daniel Ford was my first stop when I started searching for a new (used) vehicle. Mike was very easy to talk to and made it very easy to jump in and test a couple vehicles. After grabbing my info he basica for a new (used) vehicle. Mike was very easy to talk to and made it very easy to jump in and test a couple vehicles. After grabbing my info he basically just gave me the keys and let me do what I needed to do. After the test drive I went home and researched the 2018 Ford Explorer that I had an interest in. I search online at a 2-3 hour radius and could not find a better deal than what O'Daniel had. I ended up returning a week later and purchasing the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle I started to have some issues with the radio/GPS unit. I reached out the Mike and Nick and they assured me they would take care of it. It took a few visits to get the issue resolved, but Mike and Nick made it very easy by always providing a loaner vehicle. Overall I am very appreciative of all they did for me. I would easily recommend O'Daniel Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
