Very courteous and listen to customers to see how they can help. I had no intention of buying a car for my daughter, but Dan and Steve made the process far to easy. I have brought my car in countless times to have one issue fixed and it still is not done. I have made many trips from Minooka to westmont with a one year old and keep having to come back. I honestly thought they tried to take advantage of me. I was only offered 11,000 for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 23,000 miles, that really pissed me off. If it wasn’t for Jim Robertson, l swear I would’ve taken my business to the Toyota dealership in Oak Park. Now don’t get me wrong I love my car, I just don’t think the business deal of it was fair I always had my guard up, and l didn’t trust the finance man. He tried to rip me off w/ the warranty. $3800/ ended up paying $1842 of which l may cancel. I did not have a pleasant experience, l’ve purchased 4 cars in the last 3 years. I didn’t feel at home here like Hyundai. ☹️ More

When I pulled in to the garage no one greeted me. I stood in the office about 5 min before anyone spoke to me, there was someone in front of me who didn't even ackowledge me standing there. I wasn't explained what type of oil was used and why for the oil change and I did say it was my first time being there I expected they would go over the service before it was performed. I didnt get a notification when my car was ready and when I came back to the office to ask for my keys I stood there for 5 min again with no acknowledgement. I gave 3 stars because Allen did honor the $59.99 price someone quoted me over the phone for the oil change. More

Call the “Specialist” back two days later for help— still waiting for a call back 4 days have passed. More importantly reviewing the sales agreement seems to show they had hidden or very expensive charges for services rendered. 1. A charge for “Pivotal Security” $349 which was explained to me at the time as a charge for registering the vehicle with the state of Illinois for theft purposes, reading on the net indicates this some kind of private security which is nothing more than a dealer add on. 2. I asked if the dealer would transfer my plates the financial guy said sure unfortunately he neglected to say it would cost $175 vs the $25 if I did it myself. So even if they keep you hanging around for so long in the little office that your brain frozen make sure you check every line on the sales contract or your deal may not be as good as you think More
