Riley Tripp was very familiar with the new Ranger after attending a Ford class on the vehicle and Juan Montoya was very helpful in getting me familiar with all the features and electronic items the Ranger has. Patrick Cronkhite was very good at explaining finance procedures and other options available and got the paperwork done in a timely fashion. However after several attempts for information it seemed prudent to try Phil Long Ford on Wadsworth in Littleton, Colorado. My car presented a few challenges but Dwayne kept me informed, was extremely pleasant and professional, and got my car to recharge correctly and hold the charge. This included reprogramming. Regular maintenance Took the car in for an oil change. They did that AND a 27 point safety inspection. All done in less than an hour. Very friendly service rep. He even told us which dealers had the only two in town that fit that description. He took as much time as we needed until we were satisfied with the deal. Then after we agreed with the deal, he got the vehicle sent to Phil Long and had it ready the next day. He took a lot time with us that day and went over all the features with us and told us about the class they give to get you familiar with your vehicle. He also told us about the online video that can help you learn about your vehicle. We fill that we got a good deal and was treated very well by Andy. Phil Long has always taken care of us in the past. I will deal with them again. More
