Unfortunately the day I had set aside to look at new cars was Jim’s day off so he set me up with Brad White. Brad was kind enough to find several different vehicles for me to test drive. He took the time to explain the features in each car which helped with my decision.I chose a 2019 Fiesta and I love it!! John Reis negotiated a great price and I came in the next day to pick up my car. Jim Albrecht handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and made the buying process easy, he even helped me set up the FordPass app and connect my phone to my car ( I think that was above and beyond his duty as a salesman ). Anthony Williams helped with the final financial paperwork and made it quick and pain free. We bought the car on the 15th of March we were told to come back the next day ( Saturday) and the car would be done. Well we got the run around that day saying you ordered the wrong windshield can we bring the car back another day for us to replace the window and detail the car for you. So my wife brings the car back on 22nd( Friday) and you still have the car. This is the third car I have bought from your dealership in the last five years, and I gotta tell you i've never been more disappointed in a dealership as I am now.It will be hard to recommend you to anyone right now. Every step of the way our time was taken into account (even dealing with finance). No BS or high pressure anywhere. When Joe knew we were going to be a bit to get into a finance person his answer was not to leave us waiting, but "let's go hook your phone in and set up your truck". There was not a question that he couldn't answer to my satisfaction. I would recommend Joe Reiner and Phil Long to anyone looking for a car or truck. We will definately be back. My husband already has a truck that he wants to talk to Joe about and even though we ended up over two hours away from home to get here, we will make that trip anytime! More

And dealing with the hard sell of a deceitful car salesman is something I've been through more times that I care to admit. So, going into this one, I was prepared for all the usual tactics - the long wait times while the salesman "talked to his manager" over price knowing they weren't about to discount anything, my car keys being held hostage while I was badgered into submission, the unwillingness to move on price more than a few hundred dollars, etc. etc. At Phil Long of Denver, however, I was met with respect, courteousness and accommodation. They possessed knowledge about the vehicle beyond that of even my local dealerships. If not for the intuitiveness of the sales manager, I would not have considered the vehicle I ultimately purchased as I was unaware of a nuance of a specific option I considered a deal breaker. My local dealer never offered a solution to this despite repeated visits. The ease of negotiation and respect I was shown (especially being a woman) was refreshing. I was not pressured, I was not conned, I was shown all documentation I requested, all my questions were answered with patience (and there were a LOT of questions) and I was even allowed to take the used vehicle home with no strings attached for a thorough inspection on my own time. It was friendly, casual and non-threatening. I received a price I could live with with little effort and short wait times and any concerns or questions I had were met promptly with attentiveness and a smile. I could not be happier with my vehicle, the price I paid for it, the service that was provided and the attention to detail that was offered. I felt like I was important and that my business mattered. After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of their lot on a snowy morning. Unfortunately, there was a raised concrete surface underneath the snow, and unable to see it, I drove on top of it damaging the body of my car. As you might imagine, I was very upset. After he read the letter I sent to him, Robert McMann contacted me immediately. He reviewed photos from the incident, and promptly told me that Phil Long Ford would have my car repaired. Mr. McMann then made all of the necessary arrangements with a body shop and had me drop off my car at the Phil Long Ford Dealership. He provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle, handled all of the work with the body shop, and returned my car to me in great condition. I was quick to criticism Phil Long Ford when I did not believe they would address the situation - so I want to publicly share that when Mr. McMann reviewed the situation, he responded promptly, thoroughly, and professionally to ensure that my car was repaired. I am impressed by how Mr. McMann and Phil Long Ford stepped up to make things right for me in this situation. More
