After a visit to a dealer closer to me I called Raquel Nieto to see what she could do. I told her what I wanted, the color if it was in stock and the price of the truck. Ms. Nieto called back in 10 minutes with a firm " yes we can do that". I was on the road in 10 minutes to see what she had. When I arrived Ms. Nieto had a surprise for me. In addition to the 2018 that I asked about she had a 2017 that was loaded for the same price and would even throw in the bed liner that I would get with the 2018. A totally unexpected offer that was above and beyond what I asked for. Needless to say I am happily driving a Race Red 2017 F 150 with bells and whistles and to top it off Phil Long Ford offered me more for my 2013 trade in than the other dealer. WIN, WIN.... felt i was overcharged labor. would not give me a summary. replaced several engine gaskets. labor for breaking down engine to get to gasket is basic charge which i feel was double charged for each gasket.
