I took my car in to get serviced and was told they couldn’t duplicate the issue and told me to pick up my car. The problem is still ongoing. I was talked to like I didn’t know how to put my car in gea couldn’t duplicate the issue and told me to pick up my car. The problem is still ongoing. I was talked to like I didn’t know how to put my car in gear or like I didn’t know how to drive. I was also told that if this issue “consistently”happens to take it in. It continued to happen after I picked it up from the dealership. I was told it’s the end of the month and the mechanics are done by the end of the month, in other word they will not get to it that day. It’s not reassuring to take my car to get fixed and they tell me they don’t have the time or manpower to figure out the issue and fix it. More

Ash was great to work with. No pressure felt during the whole process. I emailed in for a specific car and Ash got back to me immediately when I inquired about it. We worked through sms while I was at work, he physically walked out to the car and took a bunch of pictures of it since they were not on the site yet. I really appreciated him doing that so I knew I wasn't wasting my time. I showed up for a test drive and he gave me the keys and let me at it. I was out of time while viewing the car and had to head home due to bus schedule, he arranged transportation for me to get home in time. That was amazing and really helped me feel like I was at a good place. The financing department and Patrick were great as well. All around a good experience for anyone who may be weary of buying a used car. The car had a grinding noise when I test drove it and I expressed my concern. They fixed it and made it good before purchasing it. I am overall extremely happy with my experience. Thanks ash. More
