This was our first experience with Pinebelt Chevy. Todd, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We had a haggle free experience and purchased the car significantly under the MSRP. A big surprise came during finance, when they did not even mention extended warranty, tire warranty, lost key warranty, and so on. When I asked why they didn’t try to push this on me. I was told most people don’t want it so we don’t offer it unless they ask for it. This was a first for me. This is a great dealership, a different experience than I have had at others. More
