They take forever poor customer service, they use to be good with time and letting you know update of ur car now they don’t do that they will keep u waiting even if ur car is ready they don’t tell you. Bad experience with the financial guy Ryan. He was not very forthcoming. When I started asking for explanation for the different figures , he became impatient and abrupt esp when I asked him to He was not very forthcoming. I wanted the 4.99% rate at 60 momths. He said 5.99 was better even if I have excellent credit the dealership does not offer 4.99% even with $10k down. This was an outright lie , I found out later. We discussed these with Hanzel but he backed up Ryan. My husband wanted the car so he talked me into signing so we could go home. I was so tired, frustrated, and upset . It should not be this way. We had bought several cars over the years.. this was my worst experience! More
The building and location are lovely, but I was charged for accessories after being told in three separate conversations that I would not be. This added close to $5k to the sticker price of my car.
