Over priced taking advantage of customers charging more than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. Said it was my radiator hose and wanted to charge over 700 just for 1 hose replacement. than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. Said it was my radiator hose and wanted to charge over 700 just for 1 hose replacement. I told them no I was taking it somewhere else they drained my level and engine was over heating on the way home. Very unprofessional I will never go back. More

My car was ready when promised, although the wait time was somewhat longer than I expected. Overall good customer service. I was not expecting such a smooth and enjoyable experience the day I called Puente Hills Hyundai! Nicole, Edgar and Hanzel were great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. I do wish experience the day I called Puente Hills Hyundai! Nicole, Edgar and Hanzel were great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. I do wish there was more transparency when going over the itemization/add-ons within my lease, but overall I was pleased with the process and my monthly payments - as they are in line with what the website advertised. In addition to that, I really enjoyed Edgar’s friendly disposition, as well as his professionalism.
